The Gentle Power of Reiki
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Using light touch (or hands just above the body), Reiki works with the flow of energy through your system, helping to release tension, soothe the nervous system, and create space for emotional processing.

Clients often describe Reiki as feeling warm, calming, or emotionally moving. Some fall into deep rest, while others experience a gentle release of what they’ve been holding. Each experience is unique, and all responses are valid, your session will unfold in the way that’s right for you.

You don’t need to do anything but show up, Reiki will meet you where you are.

What to Expect during your Reiki Session
Reiki sessions are offered in-person in my cozy, intentionally curated Grimsby office. You’ll remain fully clothed, lying comfortably with optional blankets, an eye pillow, and calming music. A galaxy light projector fills the space with soft ambient light, while the gentle scent of burning sage or palo santo helps clear energy and invite presence.

I’ll walk you through the process, answer any questions, and guide you through a gentle Reiki energy healing session that supports nervous system regulation and emotional release. We’ll close with a brief integration to reflect on what came up and how to care for yourself after the session.​
