Somatic Breathwork to come out of your head and back into the body

You spend so much of your time keeping up, holding everything together, thinking three steps ahead, caring for everyone else, and trying to make sense of how you feel. When so much of life happens in your head, it can be easy to lose connection with what’s happening in your body.

Somatic breathwork invites you to slow down, turn your attention inward, and reconnect with yourself in a different way. Whether experienced on its own or alongside psychotherapy, breathwork creates space to explore what’s happening within you through the body, not just the mind.

The Breathwork Experience

Somatic breathwork is an active, guided experience that uses conscious connected breathing, music, and body awareness to help you turn your attention inward. Rather than trying to change, analyze, or make sense of what you’re feeling, the practice invites you to notice what’s happening in your body and allow the experience to unfold

As you move through the breathwork, you may become aware of physical sensations, emotions, thoughts, memories, imagery, or movement. You might feel energized, emotional, deeply relaxed, or simply more present and connected to yourself.

Every experience is different, and there is no particular feeling, release, or breakthrough you need to have for breathwork to be meaningful.

Sometimes we can understand something intellectually and still notice that there’s more to explore. Somatic breathwork gives the body a place in that process, offering another way to connect with your inner experience, whether you’re using it alongside psychotherapy or exploring breathwork on its own.

Could Breathwork Be For You?

You don’t need to be feeling stuck or struggling to explore somatic breathwork. You might simply be curious about connecting with yourself in a different way.

Somatic breathwork might resonate if you:

  • Spend a lot of time in your head, overthinking, analyzing, or trying to figure everything out

  • Understand your patterns or emotions intellectually, but feel like there’s still something more to explore

  • Feel disconnected from yourself, your emotions, or your body

  • Are used to pushing through, staying busy, or putting your own needs further down the list

  • Have been carrying stress, tension, or emotions and want space to slow down and tune inward

  • Want to deepen the work you’re already doing in psychotherapy or personal growth

  • Are curious about exploring a more body-based approach to self-awareness and emotional wellbeing

You don’t need any previous experience with breathwork, meditation, or yoga. You can come exactly as you are and explore what the experience brings.

"Danielle has an incredible ability to create a space where I can drop in so deeply. I felt like she was in the same room with me. Her dedication, passion and love are tangible. This was one of the best sessions I have experienced."

1:1 Somatic Breathwork

This is your space to slow down, turn your attention inward, and be fully supported through the experience. With individualized guidance, we’ll begin by checking in, getting grounded, and connecting with an intention before moving into the breathwork. Afterward, there’s time to rest, reflect, and integrate whatever came up along the way.

You can choose between a 60-minute Reset or a 90-minute Journey, depending on how much time and space you want to give the experience.

The Reset | 60 minutes

A more contained somatic breathwork experience with approximately 30 to 40 minutes of guided breathwork. The Reset gives you time to turn inward and connect with your body and breath, while still leaving space to arrive and integrate before returning to your day.

The Journey | 90 minutes

The Journey offers more space to settle in and stay with the experience. With more time together, you can connect with your intention, follow the breath and body through what arises, and ease into a longer period of rest and integration afterward.

Your Safety Matters
